+ Outdoor suitability & maintenance?

Stone resin is extremely durable and resistant to the extremes of weather here in Canada.... which means they will survive anywhere!

Washing the sculpture with soapy water once a year is all the maintenance that is required for outdoors display.

+ What material are they made of?

Creating original sculptures from soft materials such as clay or high density foam means I must cast a lasting sculpture from a harder material. For this I use a composite of stone and resin (engineered stone) which I process myself.

This is then followed by grinding and polishing work. The whole process is a combination of traditional sculpting methods plus casting and stone working techniques developed by myself to produce high quality, unique and accessible art.
